questions.

Here are some questions/comments that I hear often regarding my babies.

1. "Are they twins?" Generally this doesn't matter as long as you have 2 babies in the same stroller. Even if they are totally different sizes or even a different race people really are that dumb. Next time my answer will be: "Yes, but one is a midget."

2. "How far apart are they?" or "How old are they?" Along with this comment comes a face of disbelief and sometimes horror. Yesterday a lady in the mall followed my answer with this question: "Do you need a babysitter?" Ya, like I would let some crazy lady in the mall babysit my children!

3. "I don't know how you do it." Ummmm, thanks for reminding me that sometimes my life sucks. Sometimes I hardly remember how hard it is and need to be reminded. And really it isn't that bad. Usually men make this comment and then follow it up with a story about the one child they have that is 5 years old. Thanks for the encouragement!

4. "Wow, you brought the whole family!" We got this one last night when we went to dinner. What? Like we were going to leave one of them home? Give be a break!

LOL...Jaime, I love the honesty! I could actually hear your voice in my head saying all of those things...so expressively! My favorite..."yeah idiot, like we just left one at home!!"

BTW, love the beach photos! Bentley is just so dang cute!!

These are funny. People can be so weird sometimes. I think most people don't think before they speak.

I love it. At least people don't think your still pregnant! That question is the worst as your pushing along a baby- "So, when is the next one due? Oh, I'm sorry! You look like you're still pregnant." What a stinkers. Many people suffer from Foot-in-the-Mouth syndrome when discussing children.

Freaking hilarious. As a twin I always got asked why I didn't come first. I would always respond to such a stupid question with, "I finally had the place to myself." People are such idiots.

I love it! You're right - people think that if you have a double stroller you have twins. I get that asked all the time, and when I tell them they're two years apart they get this "oh, I am so dumb" look on their face. Haha! Gotta love the baby comments.
